On June 25, 2025, She’s Beyond organized an inspiring virtual workshop focused on SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, featuring dynamic speakers Tessy Ilozue and Asma Ahmad. The session, attended by over 30 participants (including health advocates like Dr. Maria IpahSikandar Ali, and Urwa Nasir), delved into practical strategies for achieving optimal physical and mental health.

At She’s Beyond, we believe health is not just a right—it’s the foundation of empowerment. That’s why our very first session in the SDG series focused on SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being, bringing together passionate young changemakers from around the world in an insightful, impactful, and deeply inspiring virtual gathering.

SDG 3 aims to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages. Women and girls around the globe often face disparities in healthcare, especially in underserved communities. This session emphasized the importance of both physical and mental well-being, aligning directly with the core mission of She’s Beyond—to nurture a future where every young woman thrives.

What is Health & Fitness?

A beautifully designed slide explained health as “a state of physical and mental well-being, free from disease” and fitness as “a condition achieved through regular activity.”
