Most people spend years searching for purpose. Aiman Raza started building hers at fifteen. A 9th-grade student from Pakistan, she is the Founder of She’s Beyond and Fempire Studio, two initiatives that have become symbols of youth-led empowerment, driven by her vision to make leadership accessible to every girl who dares to dream beyond limits. Along with that, she is also the self-published author of "Mastering the Art of Self-love".
The spark behind the movement
For Aiman, leadership wasn’t about titles, it was about possibility. What began as curiosity soon became conviction. She volunteered with multiple local and global organizations, exploring everything from design and writing to event management and HR. Every new role taught her a simple truth: young people don’t lack potential; they lack platforms that believe in them.
That realization became the seed for She’s Beyond, a space where young women could find mentorship, opportunities, and the courage to lead change in their own way.
When I looked around, I saw so many brilliant girls who just needed someone to say, ‘you can.’ So I decided to build that space myself.
Scaling purpose into progress
What makes Aiman’s journey extraordinary is the speed and sincerity with which her ideas took flight. In less than a year, She’s Beyond has grown into a global youth network spanning 45+ countries, bringing together 3,000+ young changemakers united by the belief that leadership starts with action.
Through mentorship programs and collaborative projects, the movement has already guided over 500 students and built 25+ partnerships with organizations working toward women’s empowerment and education. Each milestone carries a story of a student gaining confidence, an ambassador leading her first event, or a young woman realizing she can be the change she once waited for.
Beyond awareness, towards action
Aiman’s work doesn’t end with dialogue; it begins there. She has led on-ground sessions about climate action and gender equality, inspiring students to connect leadership with sustainability and social responsibility. Her initiatives align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially Quality Education (SDG 4), Gender Equality (SDG 5), and Climate Action (SDG 13), because, as she puts it, “change must care for both people and the planet.”
Fempire Studio; where ideas meet impact
While She’s Beyond builds communities, Fempire Studio brings creativity into empowerment. It’s Aiman’s way of showing that leadership isn’t limited to policies or conferences, it’s also built through storytelling, design, and communication. The studio curates workshops, digital resources, and awareness campaigns that help young women express their voices and lead with confidence.
Redefining how youth leadership looks
Perhaps Aiman’s greatest strength is her belief in collective growth. The ambassador community she built within She’s Beyond runs physical sessions across universities and schools, turning inspiration into practice. These ambassadors are not followers; they are co-leaders, proving that youth-led change scales fastest when shared.
A message from the founder
I want every young woman to know that limits are only starting lines. If we give each other the tools, trust, and space, there’s nothing we can’t do together
What’s next
Aiman dreams of expanding She’s Beyond and Fempire Studio into hubs of innovation and learning, where young women can collaborate across borders, build social enterprises, and design solutions for the world’s most pressing challenges.
Her journey is a reminder that leadership has no minimum age, only needs maximum courage.
And through her vision, one truth shines brighter than ever: when young women rise, the world moves forward with them.
